Order Processing and Despatch times
At
John
O'Groat Pottery and Gallery we make every effort to dispatch
your order as soon as possible. This is usually the same or
next day but please allow 3 workings. If items are out of
stock and not shown as such on the website we will contact
by email to notify you. All orders are sent by first class
post. For overseas orders please allow 30 days. Once posted
delivery times are those of the relevant national and
international postal services and out of our control.
Returns
Policy
At John
O'Groat Pottery and Gallery we want our customers to have an
enjoyable shopping experience. For this reason, we try and
make the process of returning goods simple.
Cancelling an order
Under
the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to
cancel your order for any item purchased on this website
within 7 days of receiving our order confirmation email. If
we have not yet dispatched the goods, we will cancel your
order and make an immediate repayment. You can cancel an

Returning an item
When
cancelling your order, if you have already received the
goods you will need to return the item(s) as soon as
possible.
We will issue a refund for the item(s) within
30 days.
If you are
returning an item because of an error made on our part or
because it is defective, we will be more than happy to
refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to
you and your postal costs in returning it to us. Otherwise,
you will be responsible for delivery charges in connection
with your purchase.

Whilst John
O'Groat Pottery and Gallery makes reasonable effort to
ensure we sell only the highest quality goods, we do not
offer any guarantee or warranty schemes other than those
offered by the product manufacturers or artists.

Policy
We at John
O'Groat Pottery and Gallery take your privacy very
seriously. We will only contact you in connection with
orders you place in person or via the online store unless
you specifically request otherwise. We do
not and will not pass your details onto any
third parties for marketing purposes.
Pricing
All prices on
the websites are in pounds sterling but do not include any
carriage charges. The total for your selected item and
carriage charge is shown and included in the 'BUY NOW' total
and the link to your chosen delivery destination. These are
included on the secure shopping cart page totals. John
O'Groats Pottery and Gallery is not VAT registered.
We accept all major debit and credit cards including
Amex
Prices are subject to stock availability
In the
unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our
website John O'Groat Pottery and Gallery reserve the right
to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price, You will
of course be notified by Phone or Email at which point you
will be informed of the correct price and given the choice
to proceed with the order or cancel the order.
Jurisdiction
This Agreement
will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law
of Scotland and both you and John O'Groat Pottery and
Gallery agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of Scotland.
