  All the goods remain the property of Puffin Shop.com until full payment  has been received.

  Customer to notify Puffin Shop.com in writing within 7 workings days of non acceptance of goods to the address at the bottom of our HOME page. Emails accepted.

  Goods to be returned to Puffin Shop.com in original condition for full refund. 

  Puffin Shop.com reserves the right to recover delivery postage and packaging costs from returned non excepted goods if deemed not faulty or damaged.

  Puffin Shop.com will replace, free of charge, any goods which are delivered damaged .

  Refunds will be made within 30 days.

  Customer is liable for all costs involved in the return of goods.

  The above terms and conditions do not alter or limit your statutory rights.

  All prices are in Pounds Sterling - GBP £.

Goods are normally despatched within three working days but please allow 28 days for delivery.

  Credit/Debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta or Amex)
  Cheque by mail in Pounds Sterling only.
  Bank transfer in Pounds Sterling only.
  Orders placed via the on site shopping cart will have the credit card processed utilising a secure page system.
  Orders can be placed by telephone, fax or  mail. Details at the bottom of our HOME page. Please enclose card details and delivery address.
  All goods charged in Pounds Sterling.
